But one thing that I discovered among most of the blogs I've seen is that they are not generating leads using they're signature.

It's crucial because generating leads is the main purpose of your blog. You want to have your blog setup in a manner so that it's optimized to do just that. That denotes, putting opt-in forms wherever you can that looks good, and/or, placing links to lead capture pages that looks great. Your blog signature is one of the best places to put a link to a lead capture page.

I change out my signature every so often, but this one above is one of the signatures I rotate. If you see, this signature is quite simple... But what makes this signature so effective is the post signature. It asks a simple, but powerful question. The link takes them to my MLSP lead capture page. I have also other signatures that links to other lead capture pages. In the near future, I will have a lead capture banner at the end of every post. Surely I will outsource this.

There are several ways to do this. You can do it manually after every post. This is an advantage, because you can do each one in different ways. However, from a time standpoint, it's annoying to do that, in my opinion, so I decided to use the WP Post Signature plugin. Using this plugin, you may input HTML, as well as plain text. If you want to use HTML, you may use a HTML generator like SpiderWebLogic, set your blog signature up the way you like, then, hit the HTML button, and then, copy and paste the code into your WP Post Signature settings... And here it is, she is done!!

The bottom line is easy. As I said earlier, the main purpose of your blog is lead generation, so you must give your visitors MORE THAN enough opportunities to join your list. Almost everyone uses pop ups, and have an opt-in form at the upper right hand corner, but I haven't seen too many Online Network Marketers using a lead generating signature.
